Regarding packaging. First, using slkbuild, there does not seem to be any routine to find deps or generate a slack-required file. Running depfinder manually is easy enough, but I'm not sure about naming .dep files, or where they should go.
Second, is there anywhere to put built packages? I don't have anywhere very publicly accessible to put packages. Also, should packages be announced so they can be tested?
I have a couple of things that I wanted and couldn't find - conky-1.7.1.1 and osmo-0.28 for starters. Maybe a rebuild of the wireless-tools package soon as well....

Name the .dep file exactly like the package. "depfinder -f xyz.txz" will do that for you.
