HTML ist auch (nur) Text, aber wird bei der Darstellung anders interpretiert.
In HTML sind neben dem eigentlichen Text auch Formatierungsangaben enthalten.
So ganz verstehe ich nicht, was du unter einem HTML-Konverter verstehst.
